Can I use… first_value(…) [respect nulls]

1. No explicit respect nulls clause

The first_value(…) window function evaluates its argument using the first row defined by the over clause:

SELECT FIRST_VALUE(<expr>) OVER (ORDER BY …)
  FROM …
